Mad Mike crowned 2022 Australian Superbike Champion.

Mike came into the weekend with a 38 point lead, yet aimed for a perfect scorecard, pole position, and two race wins. It was an ambitious goal against a stacked field with international competitors entered for the event.

Mike claimed pole position, proving his outright lap speed, and ticked the first job off the list. He finished sixth in race one, which was enough to win the Australian Superbike Championship in 2022! Race two was a show of dominance, pushing his rivals over their limit to claim his seventh race win and fourth overall round win of the year.
