Refund policy
We understand getting the correct size merchandise is important to you! If you're not satisfied with the fit of your new merchandise then we'll do our best to help get you the right one.
- We don't offer refunds but we're happy to exchange your merchandise for your preferred size, providing we have it available in stock.
- Faulty items can be returned for a credit or replacement, providing we have it available in stock.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
- All returns must be in as-new condition with the original tags and packaging, we won't accept worn or washed items.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
- We don't cover the cost of shipping for return items or shipping of exchange items.
